Adrienne fell in love with the Pilates methodology while studying dance at the Drexel University. She trained in the 450-hour Drexel Pilates Training Program with Jennifer Morely in Philadelphia. Adrienne's Pilates education is classically rooted in Romana Kryzanowska's teachings with an understanding of the classical exercises and focus on practicing what is safe and supportive for the body at work. Adrienne has been teaching Pilates mat classes, reformer and mixed equipment classes and private sessions since 2012. Upon relocating to San Francisco in 2014, Adrienne completed the Pilates ProWorks training program to add an athletic element to her Pilates teaching style. A dancer since the age of five and Zumba instructor, Adrienne's classes offer students the opportunity to connect with their bodies, leave inhibition at the door and have fun while enjoying an empowering, total-body workout.
Adrienne began studying modern dance at a very early age and continued to study many forms of dance throughout school and into college culminating in a Bachelor of the Arts in both Dance and Theatre from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. For the last ten years Adrienne has tried many different movement mediums, including karate, circus, yoga, Pilates, and GYROTONIC® exercise. She feels best when her body is limber, strong, and able to move freely. She has personally known the devastating effects of injury and the way a sedentary lifestyle can impede daily activities and uses that motivation to get up out and moving. When not teaching she continues to seek out new ways to move and loves learning more about the potential of the human body. Adrienne hopes to impart the same sense of body awareness and inspiration to all of her clients.

Caleb Rhodes (Owner and Instructor)
Caleb Rhodes has been teaching Pilates since 1999. He was originally Certified by Ellie Herman Studio in San Francisco California. A life long movement enthusiast, Caleb discovered Pilates by recommendation from a college dance teacher for a tight low back and weak core. After 1 session, Caleb felt the difference and was hooked. After a short practice of Pilates, he not only got out of back pain but became a much stronger dancer. Caleb knew he had found his path, which was to share this amazing work with the public. After working at Ellie Herman Studio as a Senior instructor and teacher trainer for 5 years, He moved to Maui, Hawaii where he owned and operated his own studio (Peahi Studio) for 9 years. Upon moving back to San Francisco in 2012, Caleb enrolled himself in the Balanced Body Masters Instructor and holds certification to teach teachers. He has also appeared in numerous manuals, catalogs, videos and podcasts as model for Pilates. In addition to Pilates, he is also trained and certified in CoreAlign and Bodhi Suspension System; both methodologies compliment the Pilates work and give Caleb the tools to design full body sessions for his clientele. Wanda discovered Pilates to heal her back pain and repetitive stress injuries she encountered from years of working in the restaurant industry. Even though she had always been quite fit and active, she had muscle imbalances and a weak core. Pilates directly improved these weaknesses allowing her road to recovery to begin. She was moved by this process so much, that it sparked her desire to learn more about how the body works and to share this knowledge with her clients. She believes that people of all ages and shapes can benefit from Pilates.
Wanda is a certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor and has taken the Level 1 course offered by Eric Franklin. She is currently in the process of becoming a certified Core Align trainer.
